CANCELATIONS | Kindly give 24 hour notice to avoid a cancelation fee if you are unable to keep your appointment. This allows our staff to accomodate other clients during that scheduled time.


CONSULTATIONS | Consultations are complimentary and encouraged to ensure expectations between client and provider are aligned. In most situations, ample time is given to have both a thorough consultation and service provided during the same appointment.



RESULTS & REFUNDS | Our staff takes great pride in customer care and providing a high level of service. We are also highly trained in results that can be achieved within each visit. If you are not satisfied with your service for any reason, please call 810.208.7002 to get in touch with your provider within 48 hours. While we do NOT provide refunds on any of our services, we will gladly work together to achieve a satisfactory result. 


REVIEWS & REFERRALS | Your positive reviews and your referrals are the best compliment we could ever receive! Some of our providers issue referral credits for your future services when you refer a friend, so please be sure to mention who you’ve sent our way! 


SKIN SPA CONSENT FORMS | Upon booking an appointment in the skin spa, you should receive an email with appropriate consent forms. When possible, please review pre and post treatment instructions and fill out consent forms prior to your appointment by clicking on our patient resources link located here and in The Skin Spa tab.


GIFT CARDS | Gift cards are available in any amount and are Non refundable/Non transferable.
